What kind of certification card will I get?
You will receive a certification card based on the type of course you completed and the certifying agency, i.e. American Heart Association, American Red Cross, ASHI or ECSI.
Processing times
All digital certification cards are issued within 24 hours. Paper cards will be issued within 30 days.

What do I need to provide to schedule a training at my facility?
All you need to provide us with is a room that has enough tables, chairs, and floor space for everyone to be comfortable. A TV with a DVD player would also be helpful, but if you don’t have one, don’t worry; we’ll bring our audio/visual equipment to your facility. Our instructors always arrive with all the equipment & materials required for the class.
