Instruction includes hands-on skills practice, with instructors observing performance, providing coaching, and guiding skill development to support practical competence in adult emergency response.
When delivered in a blended learning format, participants complete the required online coursework in advance, followed by an in-person skills session led by an HSI-authorized instructor.
